In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture points on the body surfaces are connected to the inner organs through meridians. Paediatric Tuina works by stimulating specific acupoints or areas using appropriate manipulation techniques, which are quick, light and gentle, so as to regulate the organ functions, manage and/or prevent diseases in children.
Through the course you will learn about essential acupressure points and paediatric massage techniques which are simple and effective in:
- Promoting growth and development
- Improving quality of sleep
- Improving blood circulation
- Managing common diseases including common flu, fever, cough and asthma

Entry Requirements
Nil. Anyone interested in Paediatric Tuina are welcome to join in. However, we would recommend this workshop for parents with child aged 6 months to 6 years old, as children of this age group will benefit more from Paediatric Tuina.
